Most respectfully, I beg leave to state that I am a student of the First Year class at your college. Unluckily, my name has been struck off from the college roll because I could not attend the college for two weeks. Actually, I could not attend college due to my friend’s accident. He was hospitalized. There was nobody to look after him. His father works in a foreign country. I also had to help his mother with household jobs. I sent the application, but unfortunately, it did not reach you.
I enclose my friend’s medical certificate herewith. I request you to re-admit my name on the college roll so that I may continue my studies. I shall be very thankful to you for this act of kindness.
