FOR WEAK STUDENTS

“Daffodils” is written by William Wordsworth. He is a great lover of nature. He believes that nature never betrays the heart that loves her. In the poem, he has described a scene where he is walking alone in the countryside. He is feeling as free as a cloud. He sees many daffodils at the bank of a lake under a tree. The poet becomes happy to see these shining and dancing daffodils. He has saved this scene in his memory. It has become a source of pleasure for him. Whenever he remembers it, he feels relieved. He feels them before him as if they were in reality.

On the whole, the poem is a great master-piece by Wordsworth. It tells us the effect of solitude on imagination. It also brings us close to nature.

"ڈافوڈلز" کو  ولیم ورڈز ورتھ نے لکھا ہے۔ وہ فطرت سے بڑا عاشق ہے۔ اس کا ماننا ہے کہ فطرت کبھی اس دل کو دھوکہ نہیں دیتی جو اس سے پیار کرتا ہے۔ نظم میں اس نے ایک منظر بیان کیا ہے جہاں وہ دیہات میں اکیلے چل رہے ہیں۔ وہ بادل کی طرح آزاد محسوس کر رہا ہے۔ وہ جھیل کے کنارے ایک درخت کے نیچے بہت سے ڈیفوڈلز دیکھتا ہے۔ شاعر ان چمکتے اور ناچتے ڈیفوڈلز کو دیکھ کر خوش ہو جاتا ہے۔ اس منظر کو اس نے اپنی یادداشت میں محفوظ کر لیا ہے۔ یہ اس کے لیے خوشی کا باعث بن گیا ہے۔ اسے جب بھی یاد آتا ہے، سکون محسوس ہوتا ہے۔ وہ انہیں اپنے سامنے ایسے محسوس کرتا ہے جیسے وہ حقیقت میں ہوں۔

مجموعی طور پر یہ نظم ورڈز ورتھ کا ایک بہترین شاہکار ہے۔ یہ ہمیں تخیل پر تنہائی کا اثر بتاتا ہے۔ یہ ہمیں فطرت کے قریب بھی لاتی ہے۔

“Daffodils” or “I Wandered Lonely as a Cloud” is penned by William Wordsworth. He is a great worshipper and admirer of nature. He believes that nature never betrays the heart that loves her. In the poem, he has described a scene where he is walking alone in the countryside. He is feeling as free as a cloud. He sees a great number of daffodils at the bank of a lake under a tree. The poet is greatly impressed to see these daffodils. He is fully enamored of the beauty of these daffodils. The poet has saved this enchanting scene in his memory. It has become a permanent source of pleasure, relaxation and enjoyment for the poet. Whenever he remembers this scene, he feels relieved. He gets spiritual satisfaction out of it. He always feels them before him as if they were in reality before him. The way he tells us the details shows that he also believes in the idea of Keats that a thing of beauty is a joy forever. The details of the poem and the way the poet has provided these details make the poem a master-piece.
